fix: spring-boot 打包含 system 依赖(aspose-words/cells/pdf)

- 这些 jar 走 systemPath 依赖,默认不进 fat jar,只作为资源落在
  BOOT-INF/classes/lib 下,运行时类加载器读不到,
  参考答案转 PDF 预览首次在线上执行即 NoClassDefFoundError: com/aspose/cells/SaveOptions
- includeSystemScope=true 使其正确进入 BOOT-INF/lib
