- 统一页面骨架，移除 app-container 旧白卡包裹
- 替换侧边栏为 Stripe/Linear 纯白极简风格
- 新增名称列首字徽标、自定义空状态等通用组件
- 重构筛选条、操作按钮、表格等样式为扁平化设计
- 同步更新相关文档与技能规范

feat: 扩展实训材料下载能力，支持多类型资源下载

本次升级将原单一的案例资料下载按钮扩展为四个独立下载入口，分别支持案例资料、实训数据、实训指导手册以及AI辅助指导手册的下载与预览。
同时完成了23个业务页面的批量改造，为所有引用TrainingMaterialButton组件的页面新增了对应资源的传递props，并更新了共享组件以支持多类型材料的解析和下载逻辑，保留了旧字段的向后兼容性。

- teacherEnd/* 五个文件因两侧功能元素等价（仅样式/结构差异），保留 dev-QQq 版本
- Navbar.vue 保留 dev-QQq 紧凑格式与图标，同时保留 master 新增的「考试考核」菜单项
- master 新增 exam-theme.scss、exam/* 及 teacherEnd/exam/* 等功能元素已自动合并

style: unify student exam pages with the dark exam theme

The three student exam pages still rendered on a white content panel, which
clashed with the dark student workspace used everywhere else. Register the
exam-only components in the UI standard (section 14) and move all three pages
onto one shared .exam-page token set, so button, option, table and tag styling
comes from a single stylesheet instead of per-page copies.
